Archaeological excavations in Khakass-Minusinsk Basin, on the banks of the Yenisei River, on the site of the future construction of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station (Khakasskaya Autonomous Region). Archaeologists working: Ph.D. in History AP Okladnikov, researcher of local lore museum Abakan AN Lipsky, researcher at the Institute of History of Material Culture of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR S. Zotov, researcher at the Institute of Ethnography of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR VP Alekseev. Ancient monuments found in the excavations: tools, household items, works of art, religious affiliation, ancient burial indicate a high level of life and culture of ancient people Khakass 3-4 thousand years ago.
