City of Berlin. Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko, Soviet Defense Minister Georgy Zhukov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the GDR Dr. L. Boltzmann and the Minister of National Defense of the GDR, Colonel-General Vladimir Shtof sign an agreement between the USSR and the GDR issues related to the temporary stay of Soviet troops in East Germany. By signing the present agreement: AA Grechko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR in the GDR GM Pushkin, O. Grotewohl, Walter Ulbricht, O. Nushki, H. Loh, P. Scholz, F. Zelbman and others.
