Soviet customs officials and Chinese representatives inspect the cars of trains to deliver the goods from China to the railway station Borzja (city Zabajkalsk), draw up documents. Former commandant of the Chinese city of Harbin, the marshal of artillery KP Kazakov says (synchronous) for the donation to the Chinese government captured Japanese weapons seized by Soviet troops during the rout of the Kwantung Army. A former military adviser to China, Lieutenant-General Alexander J. Kalyagin says (synchronously) on the arming of the Chinese Army before the Second World War and the assistance of the Soviet Union for its rearmament.
