By signing the documents present on the Soviet side: NA Tikhonov, G. Aliev, A. Gromyko, VI Vorotnikov, V. Grishin, NI Ryzhkov, EK Ligachev MS Solomentsev, VM Chebrikov, Demichev, BN Ponomarev, VV Kuznetsov, SL Sokolov, IV Arkhipov, and others, from the Indian side: V. Singh, A. Nehru, O. Fernandez, and others.
