Until recently, Russia was called a peasant country. History, culture and everyday life in the villages passed on from generation to generation. In 2007, in a village in the Tver region have opened "Museum of peasant life," where a visiting tourist or a summer visitor learns the story of this place, will see antique household items. Maybe in ten years the museum tell visitors that once lived here by farmers who grow wheat, potatoes, flax, cattle, and fed the country.
