Adoption Sun Kabardino-Balkar ASSR new Constitution.

In the plot was filming the following: general view of the hall and the presidium session Sun; performance of the 1st Secretary of Party Committee of Malbahova (sinhr. and frame.) view of one of the streets of Nalchik; builders on site to discuss the new Constitution.

2nd story.

Plant plus history.

The theme is the Nalchik Machine Tool Works, which celebrated its 20th anniversary.

In filming the following story:

production processes in the shops Nalchik Tool Works; factory workers work with machines, woodworking machines are manufactured; issue at the factory serial automatic production lines of modern furniture.

Third plot.

Car number 1.

Theme is Kyzylyurtovskomu plant printing machines.

In the story the following filming:

general view of the new plant enclosures printing machines on the outskirts of Kyzyl-Yurt; assembly of the first flat-bed in the shops of the enterprise; chief designer plant V.K.Tatyanko present during installation of the first machine; flatbed machine in operation.

4th story.

Alpine meadows.

The plot tells the story of a shepherd B.Dolaeve grazing herds of sheep on alpine meadows in Karachay-Cherkessia.

In filming the following story: mountain scenery Karachay-Cherkessia, flocks of sheep in the pasture, in the paddock; B.Dolaev shepherd on horseback and his aides graze sheep.

5th plot.

Floors service.

The plot tells of life in the new House Esentuki.

In the story the following filming: a general view of the House of life; raskroyschitsa studio cut out fabric, trying new jacket on the customer; woman before the mirror trying new summer hat,  gained in the House of life; man gets out his camera repair; seller flower shop offers buyers flowers; people preobretat Aeroflot tickets at the box office; people are on the streets of Esentuki.
