The film tells about Kochergat village, located in the vicinity of Lake Baikal. The film includes the following filming of everyday life of the local population: view abandoned houses, construction of new houses in the village, the villagers stories about their lives, their conversations on the bench (sinhr.), work in the garden, cooking, kind of rural cemetery (sinhr.) countryside of the village.
