November 15 in Moscow, a delegation of the Central Committee and the Polish United Workers 'Government of the Polish People's Republic headed by First Secretary of the Central Committee of Polish United Workers' W. Gomulka. The Kremlin talks were held between the delegation and the Government of the Polish United Workers' Central Committee of the NDP and the delegation of the CPSU Central Committee, culminating in the signing of the Soviet-Polish joint statement.
