Annotation:

The film tells about the intertwining destinies of the two countries - Russia and France on mutual penetration of the two cultures. Starting the story with Anne, daughter of Yaroslav the Wise, wife of the Frankish king Henry I and mother of the French king Philip, the filmmakers briefly talk about the relations of Russia and France during the reign of Peter I, during the French revolution, "Russian seasons" in Paris and other things. The film starred Yegor Yakovlev, Nikita Struve and other Russian French and Yves Montand.
