Annotation:

In the beginning of the war the Leningrad factories were given secret order the government to produce missiles for Katyusha rocket. The production was organized and continued until the winter of 1942, the most severe blockade winter, when people are left without food and heat, and the plants without light, water, and materials. Witnesses recall how they worked in the blockade, as dying friends and relatives, bombed the city, as seven with plant named after Kalinin was awarded in the winter of 1942 orders for the production of rockets. The award ceremony occurred at the Smolny, and it was attended by all seven, some have already died. After awarding the order-bearers were treated to a glass of sweet tea with two white rolls. Most of all it is remembered that the buns were white.
