Meeting opens first secretary of Party Committee Gordienko. At the rally are: member of the Politburo, the first secretary of the Communist Party of Ukraine V. Scherbitsky (synchronously), rector of the Industrial Institute of Dneprodzerzhinsk Loginov (synchronously), brother-soldier Leonid Brezhnev to the 18th Airborne Army retired Major Kutsenko (synchronously) and others.
