Annotation:
The film is about the Non-Black Earth Zone (the large agricultural and industrial region in the European part of the USSR) nowadays, about implementation of the government decree about development of the non-black-earth area in the regions and autonomous republics of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.
Temporary description:
The film tells of the agricultural enterprises Nechernozemie, about what is being done in this area in connection with the Resolution of the CPSU Central Committee and USSR Council of Ministers on the development of the non-chernozem zone. Map Nechernozemie, which shows the planned production figures, new farm machinery in the agriculture pavilion at the Exhibition of Economic Achievement, a group of workers conducting reclamation work on the wetland; operate bulldozers, excavators, earth-moving machine; demining work in the field; soldier carries an artillery shell; operates a machine for cutting sod, watering machines operate on the field with vegetables; scattered mineral fertilizers on the field from a helicopter; meeting of the kolkhoz "Testament Lenin", Moscow region, building and room for calves livestock farm farm; construction of a new barn, potato harvesters working in the field: building and manufacturing premises of the factory-farm farm "Raven", Moscow region, the operator at the controls; mechanized feeding cows, silos near the farm, milking cows for milking range of mechanized farm; architectural model of the non-chernozem village, construction of residential houses in a village Nechernozemie.
