Scandal in Vladivostok: Vostoktransflot is accused of illegally listening to the regional administration and local election commissions, a criminal case has been opened.

Opinions are divided: the Communists and deputies are outraged - local residents are happy with the improvement in the region on the funds of modern Germans.

Representatives of local authorities did not appear at the opening ceremony of the memorial.

In the preparation of the plot, the footage of the film "The People Against Larry Flynt" (1996, directed by M.Forman) and shooting on models for the magazine are used.
