The film raises the problem of drunkenness in Russia in a grotesque, playful manner.

Parkhomenko, who act out situations of excessive drinking in a train compartment, in the kitchen of an apartment, on a bus. The city of Moscow. A train approaches the platform; one of the arriving passengers makes a phone call. Food products sold on the street. Posters and slogans from the perestroika period. Street musicians play brass instruments and walk along Red Square. A satirical scene depicting a conversation at the police station between a detained drunk man and a policeman on duty.
