Scientists of the Institute of Astronomy of the Russian Academy of Sciences have received a patent for a Russian "space elevator".

The most promising projects from the point of view of implementation were presented at the conference "Tsiolkovsky Readings" in Kaluga.

One of these projects was proposed by the Russian scientist Alexander Bagrov with his like-minded colleagues and co-authors Vladislav Leonov and Andrey Bagrov.
