The program is dedicated to the events that took place in Temirtau in August 1959. On August 1, 1969, one of the first - and the largest - workers' rebellion at that time broke out in the city of Temirtau.

There was no water or basic amenities.
But the main thing was that there was no work, and therefore no wages.
