Yevgeny Vadimovich Roizman says: since 2003, the number of conscripts who are drug addicts has increased eightfold, this is of course a terrible figure, it is not the same everywhere, but in the country as a whole it is eight.

We need to introduce universal drug testing for students in grades 9, 10, 11, plus special educational institutions, and I think then the picture will be clear, who is a drug addict and who is not.

Roizman Evgeny says that every drug addict is essentially a traitor, he has no business being near the army, you just can't let him close.

Roizman Evgeny Vadimovich answers the question, if you were the first person and everyone entrusted you with solving this most serious state problem, what would you do, where would you start?

Roizman Evgeny Vadimovich says: firstly, introducing a visa regime for all residents of drug-producing regions, secondly, by all means seek public opinion and involve all the presidents of all countries where drugs are distributed to blockade Afghanistan, to solve the Afghan problem and of course to understand the situation in the country, a powerful monitoring service is needed, because no one has numbers of drug addicts.
