In 2015, an annual expedition to the ISS by Mikhail Kornienko and Scott Kelly is planned.

The main task of the experiment is to test the organism with the expectation of expeditions to other planets.

Our cosmonautics has a lot of experience in such missions.

The first were Vladimir Titov and Musa Manarov, in December 1988 they returned to Earth from an annual business trip to the Mir station.

And the unsurpassed record holder for permanent stay in orbit remains cosmonaut and doctor Valery Polyakov, for scientific purposes he worked in orbit for 438 days.
