The Soyuz TMA-18M manned spacecraft under the control of Commander Sergei Volkov delivered a visiting expedition to the ISS, thus, a real international gathered in orbit: 9 people from 5 countries.
In addition, it was the 500th anniversary launch for Site No. 1, also known as the Gagarin Launch.
The plot starred Vladimir Solovyov, Sergey Volkov, Andreas Mogensen, Aydin Aimbetov, Pavel Vinogradov, Igor Komarov.

Mogensen A.E. is an astronaut of the European Space Agency (ESA), the first astronaut of Denmark. Vinogradov P.V. - test cosmonaut, Hero of the Russian Federation. Komarov I.A. - statesman and politician, industrialist, financier, Director General of the State Corporation "Roscosmos" (2015-2018), member of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
