Climatologists believe that the point of no return has already been passed.

Astronomers are no less concerned about the fate of the Earth than climatologists, because there is a hypothesis that it was greenhouse gases that turned our nearest neighbor Venus from a habitable planet into a hot desert with a poisonous atmosphere.
