The program tells about the technology of protecting the border of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Afghanistan by Russian border guards under an intergovernmental agreement.

The border protection regime is strengthened, the main violators are heroin and raw opium smugglers.

As a result of the long-term civil war, the only source of income in Afghanistan is drug trafficking.

Afghanistan is one of the largest suppliers of heroin, there are more than forty underground drug production facilities in this country, drug barons arm their couriers with the most modern weapons.

All this brings the protection of the border between Afghanistan and Tajikistan closer to combat conditions.
