"Unreturned debts".

The topic of monetary debts is discussed in the latest episode of the program "Independent investigation".

Practice has shown that most conflicts between creditors and debtors arise due to the lack of a clear legal basis defining their relationship.

In this regard, the studio will consider specific cases of debtors and creditors and possible ways out of the problematic situation.

The first story of the program.

Vladimir Starostin lent his friend Nikolai Ilkin 25,000 US dollars, who in turn decided not to repay the debt, and for less money hired a killer for his creditor.

The killer - Borzeev Alik did not carry out the order, the murder did not take place.

For an official attempt to return his money, Starostin ended up in prison under the article "extortion".

At the time when Starostin was already under investigation, Ilkin N. committed suicide.
