"Killer Dogs".

The program is supposed to investigate the reasons for the attacks, as well as find out whether fighting dogs should be equated to weapons and licenses for their acquisition should be introduced.

On one side, the victims of the attacks, traumatologists, witnesses of the incidents will be invited to the studio, and on the other - dog owners and heads of cynological associations.

Zoopsychologists, representatives of the police, prosecutor's office and court, lawyers, psychiatrists and experienced cynologists will act as experts.

The first story of the program is dedicated to the attack of a Rottweiler on children.

The bloody drama played out on Saturday evening, May 18, at 16 Simferopolsky Boulevard.

Tatyana Borisovna Brovkina took her Rottweiler named Vekont for a walk, the dog without a muzzle broke free and bit the children playing in the yard.

Thirteen-year-old Anya suffered an injury to her left shoulder and right hand as a result of a Rottweiler attack.

Ten-year-old Nastya Tokareva suffered a serious injury to her left forearm.

Two other children, fourteen-year-old Katya and eight-year-old Andrey Trikin, received medical assistance on the spot.

The dog's owners have not been brought to criminal responsibility, most likely they will get off with a fine, and meanwhile, an aggressive Rottweiler is currently walking the streets of Moscow and it is unknown how many more people will become its victims.
