



"Werewolves" (Murder of Nikonov).
The program is dedicated to the lawlessness of law enforcement agencies in the Voronezh region.
In 1997, one of the visitors to the disco, Evgeny Nikonov, died.
An investigation is currently underway, meanwhile, guilt in the case of the careless murder of Nikonov E. has already been proven.

It is assumed that he was killed by law enforcement officers, who then fabricated a version of a traffic accident.
The program is conducting its own investigation, relatives and friends of the deceased, witnesses to the crime, law enforcement officers, investigators, lawyers, and human rights activists are invited to the studio.
On July 27, 1997, at about 9 p.m., a resident of the village of Boevo, Nikonov E., together with his friends, went on a motorcycle to a disco in the village of Dzerzhinsky.
That same night, he died under strange circumstances.
Nikonov's family claims that as a result of a fight that broke out in a village club, Evgeny was killed by local police officers.
According to law enforcement agencies, the young man died in a traffic accident as a result of a collision between two motorcycles, on one of which he was returning home as a passenger.
The judge of the Kashira District Court sentenced the motorcycle driver, Nikonov's friend Viktor Plyakin, accusing him of manslaughter.
Meanwhile, Plyakin, like many others, is convinced that the accident was staged by the police officers.
