"The Insane" (psycho-killers).

The program is dedicated to one of the aspects of legal proceedings - conducting a psychiatric examination of people accused of a particular crime.

Trying to escape responsibility, criminals simulate mental illness or a state of affect at the time of committing a crime, but sometimes completely healthy citizens who cannot resist the system of slander, bribes and mutual responsibility in law enforcement agencies are "sentenced" to compulsory treatment.

On May 12, 2001, in the village of Kushchevka in the Krasnodar Territory, Melnikova Kristina was killed with a knife to the heart.

The girl's killer, Irina Shram, was in a state of alcoholic intoxication at the time of the crime, she was detained hot on the trail.

The case was investigated by the prosecutor's office of the Kushchevsky District.
