In January 2002, a completely absurd story took place in Moscow, which is still hard to believe.

Perhaps this explains the peculiar reaction of those structures that received a message about what happened.

Almost before the eyes of rescuers and law enforcement agencies, a banal case turns into a tragedy.

Everything happened in a matter of minutes.

A young man who introduced himself as Taras Shugaev said in a telephone conversation that he was inside a garbage truck, among the contents of the car body.

Shugaev, who got through to the rescuers, literally begged to save him, explaining the criticality of his situation by the fact that the car had already started grinding garbage with a knife and a press located inside.

The young man asked to find a garbage truck moving through the streets of Moscow as soon as possible.

There was a recording of a telephone conversation between rescuers and Shugaev T. After listening to it, there was no doubt that the rescuers were clearly not ready for such an unusual situation.

Their attempts to connect police officers to the search for the car were perceived with black humor by the latter.

As a result, the connection with Shugaev was interrupted, and so far it has not been possible to find him either alive or dead.
