One hundred years have passed since the start of the most unpopular wars in our history. A war that did not like to remember or with the king nor the Bolsheviks. All that we know about it - it's a heroic death of the cruiser "Varyag" and the defense of Port Arthur. Meanwhile, the war lasted for one and a half years, claimed hundreds of thousands of lives of our compatriots. About half-forgotten events of a century ago, the attitude of the country towards the war and what has changed in the minds of our people for these hundred years, says the film.
