The area on the left (eastern) bank of the Neva, captured and held by the Soviet troops of the Leningrad Front (from September 19, 1941 to April 29, 1942 and from September 26, 1942 to February 17, 1943) during the Battle of Leningrad, which received the name Nevsky Pyatachok.
