Lobanovskaya suffering (1992)

The film tells about the changes in the life of the village Lobanovo Perm region and its inhabitants during the adjustment policies.

Consists of six stories.

1st and 2nd part. "The benefits of unemployment."

Директор Научно-производственного объединения "Предуралье" Пермского научно-исследовательского института И.В.Захарченко в автомобиле рассказывает о своем детстве и юности (синхр.), посещает посёлок, куда были сосланы в 1930-ые г.г. его раскулаченные родители.

Кадры кинохроники интервью И.В.Захарченко, снятого в 1971 г., о технологии возделывания корнеплодов (синхр.). И.В.Захарченко в домашней обстановке играет на балалайке (синхр.). И.В.Захарченко в своём рабочем кабинете беседует с секретарём (синхр.).

4-я, 5-я и 6-я части. "Грустная история".

Пожилая крестьянка Н.О.Кондакова рассказывает о своей жизни (синхр.), беседует с Иваном, с которым они прожили вместе 15 лет (синхр.), с соседями (синхр.). Н.О.Кондакова и Иван посещают загс, где подают заявление о заключении брака. И.В.Захарченко беседует с Н.О.Кондаковой у неё дома (синхр.).

6-я и 7-я части. "Максималист".

Местный житель - изобретатель в своей мастерской рассказывает о работе над комплексом машин для огорода, рассуждает об экономике России (синхр.).
