About the visit of a delegation of English musical figures to the USSR.
At the end of May 1954, the Soviet Union was visited by an English musical delegation from London, headed by Kenneth Wright. The delegation included: Martin Lawrence – singer (bass), Leonard Cassini – pianist, Sylvia Cicchetti – member of the society, cultural ties with the USSR, Evan Senior – journalist, music critic.
