From January 18 to February 18, 1954, the month of Vietnamese-Soviet-Chinese friendship, which was held in the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on the initiative of the Vietnamese-Soviet and Soviet-Chinese friendship societies, was celebrated as a major significant event in the Soviet country.
