A story about the Boksitogorsk region, where the descendants of exiles live, those who were barred from cities. There are no doctors, schools, shops or money in these places. The only reliable road here is the railroad; the mode of transport is the "crazy stool". It is welded from iron, the engine allows it to reach speeds of up to 70 km/h, and there are no brakes. And the only way to stop it is to roll it off the embankment.
