Annotation:

The film tells the story of the creation of three monuments to Peter I, created by sculptors Falconet, Rastrelli and Mikhail Shemyakin and installed in St. Petersburg, reflecting the contradictory personality of Peter and the poetic image of the city conceived and created by him.
