On the back of the stage is the slogan: "A strong Reich is a true bastion of peace." Goebbels delivers a speech in which he calls on his party comrades to fight Bolshevism.

Hitler, Himmler and Ley are sitting in the front row.

Goebbels finishes his speech, leaves the tribune, approaches Hitler, and they shake hands.
