Reel №2

Italy.

Mussolini beckons his comrades to him on the balcony and calms the jubilant crowd with signs.

He begins to speak.

He speaks exclusively in rhetorical turns of phrase as a true tribune and orator - about the power taken into the hands of the people, about the revived Naples and Turin, about the people's enthusiasm, about national independence, etc.

Along the way, he mentions specific episodes of the fascist struggle in the 1920s, in particular, about the return of debts to Italy by the British.

Reel №3

Italy.

A crowd of thousands of citizens in a huge square in Naples.

Mussolini continues his speech, talking about European unification.

Suddenly his voice breaks, he crows.

Having hilariously wiped his mouth, he continues in the same pathetic vein, talking about the internal policy of the party, in particular, in opposition to the Bolshevik monopolization, about the internal liberal economic policy in Italy.

He talks about the revival of the intellectual and spiritual principles of the nation, about deep transformations in this regard in Naples, about successes in the field of agriculture, industry, shipping, crafts, tourism.

Addressing the blackshirts directly, he speaks in the most general terms about the work that must be completed in 1935. The crowd rejoices and chants.

At the end of the speech, having said the final words, the Duce wipes his face with a handkerchief.

At the end of the speech and under the chanting of the crowd, he leaves together with his comrades balcony.

The crowd can't calm down for a long time, loudly rejoicing to the music
