From August 5 to 13, 1971, the IV Festival of Friendship of Mongolian and Soviet Youth was held in Ulaanbaatar, dedicated to the glorious dates: the half-century anniversary of the Mongolian People's Revolution and the 50th anniversary of the Mongolian Revolutionary Youth Union.
