Plans for the further development of the country, its contacts with international military blocs (in particular, against the background of events in Yugoslavia) are considered, critical problems are brought up: the status of Chechnya; frequent changes of the executive power; the economic situation in the country.

Issues of corruption and the possible resignation of Prosecutor General Skuratov are raised.
