The theme of the day is the ratification of the treaty on friendship and cooperation between Russia and Ukraine.

The discussion was attended by the President of North Ossetia Alexander Dzasokhov (teleconference with the studio "Russia"), former Prime Minister Sergei Kiriyenko and Governor of the Orenburg Region Vladimir Elagin (studio).

Particular attention is paid to the Crimean issue and the Black Sea Fleet, the August 1998 default and political agreement.
