Return of capitalism to Russia, 1983.

But the first spontaneous "capitalists" have already appeared.

On the official day of the revival of capitalism in Russia, experts consider November 19, 1986, when a law on individual labor activity was passed for nationwide discussion.

But back in 1983.

According to the Criminal Code of the 1980s, the maximum that was supposed to be a premeditated murder without aggravating circumstances was 10 years.

The same period was average for economic crimes, most of which are now not considered crimes.
