A conversation about the economic and social problems of the Russian army.

On a visit to the program political scientist Andranik Migranyan, President of the Institute of National Security and Strategic Studies Sergei Blagovolin, members Coordinating Council of the Officers' Assembly of the Armed Forces, Major-General Yevgeny Razinkov, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Leontyuk, Captain I Rank Alexander Mochaykin.

The program includes the story of Andrei Kalitin about the consequences of arms reduction and the division of the army between the CIS countries.

The conversation is attended by the Minister of Defense of Lithuania's edge Audrius Butkevičius (a video link with Vilnius).
