The festive demonstration dedicated to the anniversary of the October Revolution on Mayakovsky Square moves towards Red Square. L. I. Brezhnev is on the Mausoleum tribune. USSR Defense Minister D. F. Ustinov takes the military parade on Red Square. Parade Commander V. L. Govorov reports on the parade to D. F. Ustinov (synchronously). Marshal Ustinov delivers a speech to the troops (synchronously). Representatives of the Soviet leadership N. V. Podgorny and A. N. Kosygin are on the tribune of V. I. Lenin's Mausoleum. Troops march along Red Square; athletes perform exercises, form the word "Peace".
