The program takes the viewer to the era of the birth and formation of jet aviation, traces the path of its development from the first revolution in aerodynamics before invention supersonic passenger aircraft, tells about the glorious and tragic side of aviation races of the XX century and about all the world's most outstanding speed records from the first sports planes to modern rocket planes.

Supersonic and hypersonic aviation, declassified materials of the USSR and foreign countries, victories and defeats, great planes of the past and the present.

The shooting took place in the Air Force Museum (Monino), in the Museum of Aviation in Seattle and at the Nizhny Novgorod Aircraft Building Plant "Sokol".
