Disassembling the turbo block. Part II (1978)

The intermediate shaft is dismantled.

To do this, it is opened using a crane.

The intermediate shaft housing cover is lifted by a crane.

The cover is installed on a wooden stand.

Axial runs are measured using indicators.

The result is recorded.

The hermetic partition between the turbine and the supercharger is dismantled.

The intermediate shaft bolted connections are disassembled on the turbine side.

First, it is necessary to check and restore the marking of the tight bolts.

The same operation is carried out on the supercharger side.

The process bolts are inserted.

To avoid scratches on the shaft surface during lifting, it is advisable to use rope rigging.

Before lifting, it is necessary to remove the process bolts.

The intermediate shaft is dismantled.
