The topic of the conversation is the alphabet of elections.

On a visit to the program the chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Alexander Veshnyakov, deputies Vladimir Zhirinovsky (LDPR) and Vladimir Ryzhkov (NDR), with the participation of sociologist Olga Kryshtanovskaya.

During the discussion, the main principles of the work of the Central Election Commission, its influence on the election process, the rules of election campaigning and participation in elections, as well as the new system of counting of votes are discussed in detail.

In the preparation of the issue, the footage of the film about the election of the constituent assembly in 1917 was used.
