Mankind has long argued, who in the family is more important - a man or a woman.

In fact, scientists have long concluded that this is a woman ... not only his wife, but his mother-in-law.

The theme of the issue is mother-in-law and their relationship with their sons-in-law and other family members.

The presenter of Themes Dmitry Mendeleyev, journalist Lidia Ivanova, the presenter of the Vremechko program Igor Voevodin and the satirist writer Lyon Izmaylov together with the audience share stories from their family life, recall the various conflict and funny situations associated with difficult family relationships, tell anecdotes and draw a portrait of an ideal mother-in-law and an ideal son-in-law.

The program includes excerpts of the programs "Gentleman show" and "Gorodok", fragments of films "For family reasons" (1977, director AA Korenev), "Rodnya" (1981, director N.Mikhalkov), "Tescha" (1973, directed by SI Sposhnov).
