Among those serving a sentence in educational colony for a period of up to 2 years, 11.8% were convicted, up to 3 years - 36.2%, up to 5 years - 40.5%, over 5 years - 11.5%.

Since 1993, the percentage of convicts for murder has steadily increased, at the time of filming it was 3.2%.

In total, 20,252 convicts are held in educational colonies of Russia, with whom 10,856 employees work.

The country is fevered by political and financial crises, everyone needs help, but there is a category of citizens, from the attention to which the future of our country literally depends - these are our children.
