The film tells about the meeting of the candidate for deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR L. I. Brezhnev with voters of the Baumansky district of the capital, and about the elections to the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR held in Moscow.
Annotation:
1st hour - The Kremlin, the Bolshoi Theatre, the Historical Museum. People are talking in the corridors of the Palace of Congresses. The hall and the presidium applaud. (L. I. Brezhnev, A. N. Kosygin, M. A. Suslov). Speakers: Kupreev, Ezhlov, Popov, Matsneva, Ionova, Smirnov. The hall listens. L. I. Brezhnev speaks about the 1980 elections.
