A grand festive concert in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses dedicated to the 27th Congress of the CPSU. Dancing are the winners of the 5th International Ballet Competition, the ballet troupe of the Leningrad Music Hall, dance ensembles of the Georgian, Uzbek, Belarusian, Ukrainian SSRs, the Russian Federation, and the ensemble "Lithuania". Playing are the pianist E. Kissin, the violinist V. Repin, accompanied by the orchestra "Moscow Virtuosi". Singing: M. Magomayev, L. Leshchenko, R. Rakhimov, the choir of the USSR Bolshoi Theater.
