Great concert in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses on the 27-th Congress of the CPSU. Tancujut winners of the 5 th International Ballet Competition, a ballet troupe of the Leningrad music hall, dance ensembles Georgian, Uzbek, Belorussian, Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, Russia, the ensemble "Lituva. E. Kissin is a pianist, violinist Vadim Repin, accompanied by the orchestra "Moscow Virtuosi". They sing: M. Magomayev, L. Leshchenko, R. Rakhimov, chorus of the USSR.

"Gzhel" is performed by the ballet troupe of the Leningrad State Music Hall.
