Chief specialist of the State Construction Committee of the RSFSR B. Plyusnin
USSR. Moscow. October 1960. Chief specialist of the Gosstroy of the RSFSR Boris Plyusnin with his wife in their apartment. In the 1930s, B. Plyusnin worked as a foreman at the construction sites of the Dnieper and Ulbinskaya hydroelectric power plants, factories in Dagestan, the Balkhash copper smelter, at the construction of the Moscow metro, and during the Great Patriotic War he was in the engineering troops of the active army. In 1952, he was appointed head of the Central Research Institute of Fire Protection of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, and was demobilized in 1960. The exact date of the photo is unknown.
